Gebrannte Zimt Mandeln

Nicht nur zu Weihnachten ist diese Kombination zum Dahinschmelzen. Klassisch gebrannte Mandeln bester Qualität bestäubt mit Zimt und Zucker. Ein ganz besonderes Geschmackserlebnis nach hauseigener Rezeptur.

Die Mandeln werden traditionell von Hand in einem Kupferkessel auf einer offenen Feuerstelle gebrannt. Wir verarbeiten hierbei nur die hochwertigen Larguetta-Mandeln aus Spanien.

Mandeln und Gesundheit:

Epidermiologische Studien weisen darauf hin, dass der regelmäßige Verzehr von Rohmandeln dazu beitragen kann, die Mortalität aufgrund von Herzkreislauferkrankungen zu senken. So kann der Genuss von 20 g Mandeln täglich das Risiko einer Herzkrankheit halbieren. Außerdem sind sie für ihre cholesterinsenkende Wirkung bekannt.
